Shipping and Returns policy for all products listed on the website. All purchases on the site are also subject to the Site Terms and Conditions. For any additional queries please contact sales@ashurdigital.com.
At this time, we currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. Expect shipping to either country to take 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping across Australia costs $150 AUD per item, and Standard Shipping to New Zealand costs $250 AUD per item.
For Standard Shipping, as per our Terms and Conditions, all risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. At the time of conducting your transaction you have the option of taking out carrier insurance at the cost of $500 per item ordered.
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition, unless the damage is caused by the carrier (see above). If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of the product delivery through our sales@ashurdigital.com email and we will notify you of the requirements relating to return of such goods.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
